This weekend is French Quarter Festival in NOLA!
French Quarter Fest is a free music festival that happens in the Quarter each year. It is described on the website as 'The largest showcase of Louisiana music in the world.' Festival season is a wonderful time to be in New Orleans and this one is definitely a favorite of locals. Craig and I plan to go catch some music on Sunday. The wedding will be held uptown, not in the same area as the French Quarter.
