Native son Warren Harding's presidential library just opened in 2021, adjacent to the recently renovated home he conducted his "Front Porch Campaign" from in 1920. Nearby is the Harding Tomb, the last of the elaborate presidential memorials.
One of the most-visited art museums in the world, CMA has a gorgeous 61,000+ piece collection, housed both in the building and in an outdoor gallery in neighboring Wade Park. Highlights include Picasso's "La Vie", a monumental-size cast of The Thinker damaged in a Weather Underground bombing in 1970, and the interactive ARTLENS exhibit.
A fantastic museum in Cleveland's University Circle, home to an extensive dinosaur and fossil collection; "Lucy" was discovered by its curator in 1974, and a full-size cast and recreation are also on display here. We're even friends with the CSO!
No visit to Cleveland is complete without a trip to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame downtown! In addition to their numerous permanent exhibits and the Hall of Fame itself, "Beatles: Get Back to Let It Be" is a must-see that had its run extended through the end of this year.
Just west of German Village, the Brewery District includes many dining options and is home to Shadowbox Live!, the country's largest resident theater company.
Built by German settlers hundreds of years ago, just south of downtown Columbus. The area is defined by its brick homes and shops, as well as brick-lined streets. Local businesses include pastry and coffee shops and the truly unique 32-room Book Loft, and free Shakespeare at the neighborhood’s Schiller Park.
