Please double-check your invitation to see if children are included in your guest count. We ask that all children be closely monitored.
If you are staying at The Double Tree, they offer a free shuttle that is booked on a first come basis. It can be booked as early as check in or guests can call from the airport for a pick up. They try to schedule runs on the hour, but they can fit two rides to the venue within the hour. They do not schedule privately, but wedding parties can book up to 10 people to be shuttled at a time.
We would greatly appreciate your RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation. We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by September 15th. Due to limited space, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation respond.
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP through the website. We appreciate you understanding!
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony by 4:30 pm to allow time for parking and finding a seat inside. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.
