We’re getting married!

We met by chance, in the parking lot of the Ashley Furniture store in Murfreesboro, TN on a random December day. As Adam tells the story he took my breath away! It just so happens this random December day, 7 years ago, has turned out to be one of my very favorite days. We lived in two different states almost 6 hours apart. We started as friends, but I always thought there was a spark between us. Even back in our days as friends he was one of my very favorite people to talk to. I knew if we ever lived in the same place we could be great together. Then suddenly we did and we were. Soon we’ll be husband and wife all thanks to a random day in December and my breath taking fiance!!

Every Valentine’s Day Adam makes us a beautiful fondue dinner. This year was no exception, however the dessert course went a bit different than usual. Instead of chocolate fondue Adam decided he wanted to try his hand at making molten cakes. He made a huge mess in the kitchen and when he brought out the dessert course of the meal I lifted the dish to reveal my molten cake and much to my surprise in it’s place was a ring. He got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him and of course I said YES!!
