Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

For those staying at the Fairfield Inn, there will be two shuttles that will make staggered trips to and from the hotel and Don Strange Ranch.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those not staying at the Fairfield Inn or those who would like to drive- yes, there is parking at the venue! There will also be a golf cart shuttle for those who need or want some extra help getting from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the wedding and can I post them on social media?

Answer

The ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony. So during the ceremony, we ask that you please refrain from taking any pictures. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture the moment, so we ask that you just be fully present with us for the ceremony, and keep your phones put away. During the reception, feel free to take pictures and post to social media! We will also have a photo booth.

What about COVID?

We definitely understand your concerns regarding COVID, and your health is very important to us. If you decide to change your RSVP due to COVID concerns, even after the RSVP deadline, we will completely understand- just let us know! Our ceremony will be outside and our reception is indoor/outdoor- all very well ventilated! In addition, while our venue fits up to 1000 guests, we will have less than 200 people in attendance.
