Erin’s Description: Nick and I met at McDonald’s at the end of 2014. I was dating someone else at the time, but I would always catch myself staring at Nick. When we would run out of fries up front, I would always ask Nick to get them while giving him the puppy dog eyes by saying “Nicky will you get me some fries pretty please?” Me and other guy broke up a few weeks later so Nick and I went to SkyZone with a group of friends from work. A week or so later, he then ask me to go on a date and we went to Texas Roadhouse. After that date, I knew I wanted to be with him and we started dating a few weeks later. I am so thankful for that date, and to now be able to spend forever with this handsome man. Nick’s Description:

Nick and I are like any other couple, we have definitely had our ups and downs but I like to think that we have more ups then downs. We have hit so many milestones together. We dated our senior year so I was the lucky one that went to prom with him. That was the night we had our first dance as a couple. Who would have known 4 years later that we would have our first dance as a married couple? A month after prom, we graduated together. In September 2015, we rented a house together. In February 2016, we found out that we were pregnant. We gave birth to baby Patrick in September 2016. Since having Patrick, we both have grown in so many ways. We both have learned what we wanted in life with our jobs, and we now know what we want in life when it comes to our family. We both know that without each other, we are not happy. I know that I would not want to live this life without him, and I cannot wait to become Mrs. Gillispie in just a few short months. I graduated with my associates and 6 MIT certificates in May 2017. Nick started an electrician apprentice job with Gene Ray in September 2017. In December 2017, we bought a house together and I started an insurance specialist position at HMH. Nick started going to school in August 2018. We are both extremely happy with what is going on in our lives, and are ready to see what the future holds as a married couple!
