What do I do with the time in between

Answer

Please check into your hotel room and settle in. There is a bar, Starbucks, and cafe in the hotel. If you are not staying there are restaurants and bars on the way.

Yes, it will be open bar for a big part of the day and night.

Can I bring my kids

Answer

We ask due to the size of the wedding and the length of the day that you please find a sitter. Two children are in the wedding and they will leave once the reception begins. We love kids, but we feel the day will be too long for them! We also want the parents to be able to let loose

Will you provide transportation

Answer

You will drive yourself to the church, but a shuttle will pick you up from the hotel and bring you to the venue. A shuttle will then come when the wedding is over to bring everyone to the after party.

What is the dress code

Answer

It will be a summer wedding in June. Cocktail hour will be in a room with ac and the reception will be in a tent. Dress light and wear your dancing shoes

What if I have food allergies

Please let the couple know and the venue will cater to any food allergy. Please just be upfront right away about it

Do you have a room block

Answer

Yes, we asked everyone to book when they got their save the dates. It is a busy weekend in Worcester with graduation. We have a few left at the courtyard Marriott in Worcester.
