We met in the front row of Hillsong Church when Toby had flown in for a work trip, technically...but we really met at Pinecrest Diner in the middle of San Francisco later that day, when a casual lunch with mutual friends turned into a conversation between the two of us that neither of us wanted to stop...ever. We stayed in touch from time to time throughout the year and when Toby flew from Sydney to SF to take Kelley out on their first official date they took a walk through Alta Plaza, had dinner at The Snug on Fillmore Street and stayed up until 4am talking, laughing and watching Jimmy Fallon. The rest is a wonderful adventure still in the making. Not long after Toby came out to visit again and we created a shared calendar (which Kelley thought was super hot) showing all of Toby's flight plans: to visit every 2-3 weeks and really give this love a shot, despite the distance. Over the winter Toby stayed in the States and we explored and skied 4 mountains and really just fell in love as we dreamed up a life together and had so much fun. Neither of our stories, up to this point, are exactly how we would have written or chosen them to be...but in all of this wild, beautiful love story, of our lives colliding even while living across the earth from each other, there has been nothing but a sense of God's peace and joy...and love. Because of this we know God is in this and with us and this love is nothing less than an absolute gift we that are so grateful for. We are grateful how the timing of God and life brought us to this point. We are so excited to begin this adventure of life together. We would love for you to be with us on our wedding day as we vow to love each other for life and party on the waterfront, in San Francisco, with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. You mean so much to us and to have you there to celebrate and enjoy this love that we consider a great answer to prayer would mean the world to us. We hope you can be there!
