WE CAN'T WAIT TO CELEBRATE WITH YOU

While they wish that there was a less cliché way to tell the story, it really is a tale as old as time: Kelley and Samantha met in early 2018 ... at a bar ... through mutual friends. They were almost immediately inseparable and the rest is history! Their relationship grew while Kelley and Sami shared their passions with each other: for Kelley, it was teaching Sami to love Braves baseball; for Sami, it was dragging Kelley to 15+ Revivalists concerts all over the country. The only thing they potentially love more than each other is their Boykin Spaniel, Krewe, who they brought in June 2020. If you ask anyone about the couple, they will most likely say "they're really obsessed with their dog". Sami would describe Kelley as thoughtful, smart, ambitious, attentive, and say he loves her more than anything in the world. One thing he is not is a romantic. At least, not until June 25th, 2021. Kelley planned a picnic in Piedmont Park, a few blocks from their first apartment together where they used to walk and talk for hours on end (and had a short stint of attempting to become people who run - that didn't work out, but luckily their relationship did!). He secretly brought Sami’s parents in from New Orleans and asked her to spend the rest of their lives together. Sami had already made this decision for the two of them years ago, but obviously said yes. The future Maddoxes have built their lives together in Atlanta, GA, but their relationship really blossomed during trips to New Orleans to spend time with family. When deciding where they wanted their marriage to begin, it was a no brainer to bring the party back home to NOLA. We are so honored and thankful for the love and support we have been surrounded by. We cannot wait to get all our people together and celebrate in December to kick off our marriage!
