I have a food allergy - who do I alert?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! There is a registry page on our website that has experiences we'd love to have along with our more traditional Crate & Barrel registry.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a concert in the same area as our venue so we are opening doors at 430 to accommodate earlier arrivals and avoiding concert traffic. Please plan plenty of time! We do recommend ride shares or parking near the hotel and ride share to the venue. For those staying at hotel or near hotel we are looking into bus transportation options. Reach out to Kelley for more details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Since we will have an open bar at the venue, we ask no one under the age of 21 attend the wedding. If you'd like to bring your kids as an extended weekend in addition to the wedding you are more than welcome to enjoy the city longer with your family. If there is enough interest- we have local babysitters that can come to the hotel. Please reach out to Kelley for more specifics.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have a hotel block of 30 rooms at the main hotel downtown Nashville. That information and room booking information will be listed in the Travel page on our website. You are also welcomed to book on your own if you prefer. Please note: All transportation and brunch will take place at the main hotel.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is requested. Nashville weather in April can change any minute so check in daily before the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Check back for more details soon! Right now we recommend ride shares and plan for time since there is also a concert at Nissan Stadium the same night as our party.
