The doors for guests open at 4pm and our ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm. We ask that you please arrive ready to celebrate!
You'll fit right in with our lovely venue in formal, cocktail or semi-formal attire. Please keep in mind it is winter in New England, so keep warm and feel free to check your coat when you arrive!
Parking will be validated at our venue for the night of our wedding. The parking lot is located at 84 Asylum Street, Hartford CT and your GPS should bring you right to the entrance! The parking lot is located in the back of The Society Room. The main entrance is located at 31 Pratt Street. If you are staying in a nearby hotel, please check location and parking rates as street parking is limited.
Our party has a hotel block right across the street from the Society Room, located in the historic Richardson Building: The Residence Inn Hartford Downtown 942 Main Street Hartford, CT 06103 The hotel block is available from Saturday January 3, to Monday January 5. The hotel's parking is discounted at $5 per day with unlimited ins and outs.
