When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will hopefully begin on time for 3pm! please ensure to arrive as early as 2:45pm!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The short answer to this is no. We do have our children there but we are trying to keep our guest count to a minimum! Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for everyone to look their best. Meaning cocktail dresses for the woman and button up and slacks for the men.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you have significant other that you love to attend with you we are completely ok with them coming!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel recommendations are under the lodging tab on our website. If you can not find anything we will try our best to assist!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Requests can be made when RSVPing, we will do our best to accommodate!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. The parking lot isn't huge please be mindful of where you park in order for other guests to have a spot!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We don't have any transportation that we are suppling due to being unsure where people are staying. There is a 24 hr taxi service available.

Will cocktail hour be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are praying for beautiful weather so that we may have our lawn games going during cocktail hour. We will have to accommodate if there is a rainy forecast.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We opted into doing a cash bar. We hope that everyone will drink responsibility to ensure everyone makes it home safely.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Yes, however please be cautious of our photographer taking photos. We paid Ashley to ensure we capture every memorable moment.

Please RSVP on our website! It will help with keeping organization of our guests count.

When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Due to venue regulations music will stop by 9pm. However weather permitting we will have bonfires outside for after hours.
