👗What is the Dress Code?

Dora & Kelley have opted to host a formal wedding. The following attire is considered acceptable for a formal wedding. Suits or tuxedos with dress shoes, tie or bow tie Floor length gowns or midi-dresses (no short hemlines), formal jumpsuits, dressy shoes

👶 Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, our wedding will be an adult only (21+) event. Any guests invited will be listed on the invitation. We hope you see this as an opportunity to have a night out and enjoy the festivities with us!

🏨 Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at the TownPlace Suites by Marriott Seekonk and the Hampton Inn Seekonk for Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. Guests must book directly with the hotel using the details provided in the Travel section of our website. 🚌 Will Transportation be Provided?

Answer

Yes! We will provide shuttle service on Saturday, September 19. Shuttle provided Saturday, Sept 19: 4:00 PM departure from Hampton Inn Seekonk → Five Bridge Inn Return shuttles at end of night Please refer to the travel tab for shuttle schedule

⏰ What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 4:30 PM ET. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM ET.

🌿 Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at the Woodland Chapel across from the Retreat Barn. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the Retreat Barn.

🌤️ What will the weather be like?

Answer

Mid-September in Massachusetts is typically mild, with temperatures in the 60s–70s. Evenings can feel cooler, so we recommend bringing a light layer.

🚗 Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available at the venue for any guests not using the shuttle or staying overnight at one of the two hotels where we have room blocks secured.

Are there handicap accessible parking spaces at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are handicap accessible parking spaces at the venue. Guests may also pull up to the Retreat Barn entrance to drop off anyone who does not wish to walk from the parking area.

🍽️ I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include them with your RSVP so we can notify the caterer in advance.

🚙 What is the best way to get around?

Answer

We recommend renting a car if you're planning to sightsee or extend your visit before/after the wedding. If you're only traveling in for the wedding, please see the Travel Notes in the travel section of our website for Rhody Rydes transportation. Please note rideshare options are limited in rural areas such as Rehoboth, MA.

📵 Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers, videographers, and drone coverage, and we would love for you to be fully present with us in the moment.

Is there a “no spoilers” rule for wedding photos? 📸👀

Answer

We’d love for you to capture and enjoy the moment! We just ask that you please wait to post any photos of the brides or wedding party until after we’ve had a chance to share a few first. Thank you for helping us keep a little magic for ourselves 💛 Think of it like a movie premiere—no spoilers! 🎬

📩 When is the deadline to RSVP to the wedding?

Please RSVP by July 1, 2026. You may RSVP in one of two ways: • Online through our wedding website • By mailing back the RSVP card included with your invitation using the enclosed stamped envelope

🎁 Is there a registry?

Answer

We are so grateful for your love and support. After 21 years together, we feel lucky to already have everything we need for our home and life together. Because of that, we do not have a traditional registry. If you would like to give a gift, contributions toward our honeymoon fund are warmly welcomed and deeply appreciated.

🥂May I bring a plus one?

Answer

In an effort to keep our day as intimate as possible, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on your invitation envelope.
