What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Honestly, we just can’t wait to see you, so wear whatever makes you comfortable!! We stated “semi-formal” on our invite but we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both take place at RiverHaven Events Center, 700 1st Ave N. Moorhead, MN 56560

Absolutely, we love your kids!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend we stay?

Answer

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Radisson Hotel Fargo, located in the heart of downtown Fargo and approximately one mile away from RiverHaven Events Center. To book at the Radisson you may call 701.232.7363 and refer to the Grogan/Olstad Wedding or enter Olstad in the promotional code field at www.radissonhotels.com when selecting your reservation dates and the Fargo location. Please make your reservation by August 19, 2020.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP for the ceremony and dinner by September 1, 2020. Thank you! In the interest of saving paper (and the planet) we are asking that all of our guests kindly submit their RSVP’s online via our wedding website.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the building is wheelchair accessible.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please contact us ahead of time so we can accommodate any special diet needs.

Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Transportation is not provided to/from the hotel, however, the hotel is located less than one mile from RiverHaven Events Center. Fargo has Uber, Lyft and taxi services.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We encourage guests to post pictures to their social media accounts, our only request is that you tag each photo with our hashtag #tohaveandtoholdstad so we can see all of your pictures!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We ask only of your love and presence but if a present is your desire, we would be honored with a cash gift to help us save for our first family vacation to the Joubert Syndrome Biennial Conference in Seattle 2021!

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Social hour, a sit down dinner and a reception will follow the ceremony with drinks available.

Yes, please indicate this on your RSVP or contact us ahead of time.

There is a free parking lot located at the RiverHaven Events Center.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

September in Fargo is still pleasant, with the temperature in the range of an average high of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and an average low of 46 degrees Fahrenheit.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place indoors with a social hour to follow outdoors.
