Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thanks for understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! Due to limited space we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. Anyone receiving a “+ Family” will appear under your name when you RSVP. We are trying to include everyone fairly for both sides. Thank you for your understanding.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

we are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give is being fully present as we say “I do” we have hired professionals to capture this moment for us an we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. At reception we HIGHLY encourage pictures and videos. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab or mail in so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We want everyone to enjoy the evening. Due to the venue and insurance policies and regulations, outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises. In lieu of our guests wishing to partake and leaving the celebration, there will be a limited selection of beverages available however served by a licensed bartender. The venue has recently built a bar service area to the side for this purpose and the staff will assist you there. Service will begin during cocktail hour between the ceremony and dinner until a set time later in the evening. This will be strictly enforced and again limited. We want everyone to enjoy the evening while being responsible for your safe travels home.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab access and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your business casual or cocktail attire. Please no jeans/denim and avoid all shades of white. The wedding will be held outside weather permitting.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 CST, you can start arriving at 3 CST and arrive no later than 3:15.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask to have your RSVP’S back by October 2nd to allow time to get final head counts for our vendors and cater.

Can I post pictured of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We would appreciate if all photos and videos are not shared until the day after the wedding. We hope everyone will be present and too busy enjoying the day to post anything.
