Cocktail attire (google will be a good guide for helping you decide!) Feel more than free to wear dark colors, including black. Please note that the weather in February may be cold and although the ceremony and reception are indoors, all alcoholic beverages will be served from the bar on the outdoor patio.
We please ask that everyone arrive 15-30 minutes early that way we can start (fingers crossed) on time. Longview String Quartet will also be playing 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so you can enjoy the music before we start!
To plan for food and seating needs, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We we only be able to accommodate those listed under your name in our RSVP section on this website (you should be able to type in your name and your spots will show up) Please contact Kelley if you have any questions.
You will be missed! But we know things come up and not everyone will be able to attend, so if you cannot make it to the wedding please respond "Will not attend" on your onlne RSVP by the deadline (December 15th) so we can plan accordingly.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, so during that time we kindly ask that all cell phones and cameras be put away (and on silent). Our wonderful photographer team will be taking pictures and we will be sure to share! Following the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
Yes! We will be having an open bar attended by our amazing friends at Bubble Bar, if you would like to drink please be sure to bring your ID. As per venue policy, please do not bring any personal alcohol. Any violation of this rule will lead to your immediate removal from the reception.
Dove Hollow does have enough parking for all of my invited guests but please note that any vehicles left past midnight are subject to towing. If you live town or are staying at a hotel I highly recommend using an uber or lyft, especially if you plan on drinking.
There is no vaping or smoking allowed inside the venue, there are designated receptacles outside on the covered porch. We ask that if you do smoke cigarettes to be respectful and dispose of them properly.
