Lindsay & Ryan met in high school, then started dating in 2012 while in their sophomore year of college. Lindsay went to the University of Delaware and Ryan went to the University of Miami, so they were long distance for the first three years of their relationship. They have lived in Forest Hills, Queens for the last 6 years with their purrfect orange tabby cat, Mia.

Ryan & Lindsay were on vacation in Aruba in September, 2019. They had just spent the day relaxing on the beach, and were about to go for a walk before dinner. While Lindsay was getting ready, Ryan kept rushing her so they would be able to see the sunset. This should have been her first clue. When they started their walk, Ryan started walking in the opposite direction of the restaurant. This should have been her second clue. They walked to a secluded area of the beach, Ryan got on one knee, then Lindsay blacked out the rest. But somewhere in the next half hour that they spent on the beach, Ryan asked Lindsay to marry him and Lindsay probably said yes somewhere in the midst of her sobbing tears of joy.
