Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at Flowerfields.

Question

If I am driving to the venue at Flowerfields is there valet parking?

Answer

Yes! There is valet parking at Flowerfields front entrance. There is also regular parking/a large parking lot as well. However, the parking lot is a bit of a walk to the front entrance and rocky to walk on (especially in heels).

What hotel are Bryan and Kelle staying at and are there other hotels nearby?

Answer

Kelle and Bryan are staying at Danford's. This is a small hotel so if you wish to stay here, I suggest booking sooner than later. Other hotel options will be under the travel tab for your convenience, however transportation will only be provided to and from Danford's hotel.

What time is check in if I am staying at Danford's Hotel?

Answer

Check in is 4pm at Danford's hotel, the ceremony starts at 4:30pm and is about a 15 minute ride so please request early check in/plan accordingly.

Is there bus/shuttle transportation from Danford's hotel to Flowerfields?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be provided for guests staying at Danford's hotel to and from Flowerfields. If you are taking transportation please get on the bus at 4pm as this will be the only run to Flowerfields. There will also be a smaller sprinter bus for any overflow of guests to ensure everyone is able to take transportation at 4pm.

Is the partying going to continue after the wedding ends anywhere local?

Answer

Yes the Bride and Groom will be going out in Port Jefferson to continue the celebration at Tommy's Place. The location's address is under the schedule tab. Everyone is welcome to hang and continue partying with us!

Yes! We hope all the parents enjoy the night off and have a blast with us.
