Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel our wedding that would have been on October 3rd, 2020. We plan on getting married in a courthouse sometime this year and hopefully will plan a celebration sometime in the future. So, STAY TUNED! (: We appreciate all the love and support we have received and we can't wait to celebrate with you when things settle down. The day we met, Vincent had come over to my boyfriend’s house to meet me. As he shook my hand he said “Wow. You are really pretty.” (Cheesy, I know ;) We ended up going out to lunch as a group of three, however, you would’ve thought Vincent and I were on our first date because we were so into each other the entire time. The rest is history, and 10 years later, were getting married! So it would seem things worked out for the better. P.S. Don’t worry about the ex, he moved to Idaho and got married! So everything worked out for him as well!
On a foggy, rainy, San Francisco day we decided to take a walk down the Golden Gate Bridge- something neither of us had ever done (how disgraceful for two Bay Area natives)! Due to the weather, we had the entire bridge to ourselves, such a special thing! In the middle of the bridge, against the sideways rain, Vincent got down on one knee, and I said yes!
