COVID - 19

Question

What if I have additional questions or if I get lost the day of who do I contact?

Answer

Please contact my Matron of Honor Latrida Hillman. Her phone number is 614-483-4027.

Question

Safety and Covid - How will this be managed?

Answer

PLEASE do NOT come to the wedding... Per CDC recommendations ** If you or any member in your home are sick (or experiencing any of these symptoms: cough, congestion, runny nose, diarrhea, fever, tiredness, shortness of breath, loss of smell or taste, or have respiratory issues). ** Or, you or any member in your home have possibly been in contact with anyone who has been ill, experiencing the above symptoms, or is believed to have contracted Covid -19 within the past 7 days leading up to the wedding. We want to have fun but we have to keep everyone safe. You can update your RSVP on this site at any time.

Question

What about COVID-19 and the ceremony?

Answer

We will be in an area that has a three walled shelter and an outdoor patio area to provide plenty of ventilation. Seating in the semi sheltered area will allow for social distancing. Seating during the ceremony - Please sit with the family that you have been sheltering in place with. The chairs will be positioned so that there will be sets of four, sets of three, and sets of two. Each grouping is spaced out to allow for social distancing between nuclear families. To make sure that everyone is safe we ask that everyone wear a mask. If you do not have a mask one will be provided for you. (I know this sucks). However, unfortunately is NOT optional. We have too many elders, children, and people with underlying health conditions that we absolutely have to protect.

Question

What about COVID-19 and eating?

Answer

Our event will be catered by Roosters, utensils will be prepackaged. The serving staff will be wearing mask and gloves. Obviously you cannot eat wearing a mask so please eat with the family you have been sheltering in place with. If you are not going to sit with someone you are sheltering in place with, then please keep 6 feet between you and the other person If you do not have your mask on. Hand sanitizer will be made available and each bathroom will have Clorox wipes and/or Lysol so you can sanitize frequently touched areas before AND after use. We hope that this gives you some comfort and you will be able to attend. However, if you choose not to - it is perfectly fine and we both completely understand. We love you.

Question

Is there free parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a nice sized parking lot. However, for our guests that have difficulty walking long distances feel free to use the driveway to the right of the building to pull up to the venue.

Question

I have a little one, what do you want me to do if they start crying during the ceremony?

Answer

We understand babies cry. Just get up quietly, exit to the back of the venue and go into the shelter area.

For all the days along the way
