Maid of Honors

Kiley Wendel

Maid of Honor

Kiley has been Kelley's best friend since the moment they met. Working alongside each other in the hospital, they often confused people as cousins. Or maybe they just really liked spreading the rumor. In their early days of friendship they would share laughs on hospital floors over a styrofoam cup of burnt Folder's coffee and tell nonsensical stories in patient's rooms. Kiley has been by her side through every mountain and valley that tried to roadblock life. If you asked Kelley what Kiley means to her she would say "I've never had a friend mean more." Every time they see each other the giggles and smiles never stop. In the darkest days, they are each other's light. That's why for the past 6 years, they have never gone a day without talking. Kiley has watched Kell and Nik's relationship flourish from Kelley crying on a couch admitting to a crush and coming out, to helping plan a proposal. There's no one else in the world Kelley would want by her side through the biggest adventure of her life. If you see them together, you'll know why.

Mackenzie Steele

Maid of Honor

Kenz and Nikayla's story starts at Kiski High School but it didn't truly begin until they graduated. One night Mackenzie slid into Nikayla's Instagram DMs (I know right) and they quickly bonded over similar interests and experiences. Kenz has a soft, shy side, but isn't afraid to speak her mind. Nik and Kenz have been each others person through new schools, new jobs, new homes, and new hardships. Kenz became Nik's confidant, comedic relief, and shoulder to cry on. There isn't a doubt that Kenz will be in Nikayla's life for the long haul. There isn't anyone else that would fit the tite of "Maid of Honor" better than Mackenzie. Just as Nikayla is excited to see her relationship with Kelley grow as they get married, she's also excited to see how her friendship with Kenz morphs as they grow older. They will never stop going on brunch dates or getting margaritas on Tuesday afternoons, and they wouldn't have it any other way.
