Dinner Buffet style with an open bar! We will be there between 6pm - 10pm. Please feel free to come when you'd like as there is no hard start or end time!

Free Shuttle from Hotels to Boettcher Mansion
2:45 pm - 3:15 pm
We will have shuttle service to and from the event as the road can be a bit dangerous at night. We love all our guests and are happy to provide a free and safe transportation shuttle service to the venue. If you are not staying with either of the listed hotels, the pick up location will be at the Sheraton. For guests staying at the Hampton Inn, a shuttle for Hampton Inn guests is provided directly to Boettcher Mansion.
Ceremony
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
900 Colorow Road, Golden, CO 80401
This event is semi formal attire. Suit jackets not required, tie optional.
Be prepared to dance the night away, we will have string ensemble for cocktail hour and a fun DJ for the night! This venue has a number of excellent photo spots. Some can be harder to get to than others to keep in mind for shoe choices. Open Bar no cash required.

We love all of our guests! Your safety is our top priority, the road on Lookout Mtn is not well lit and has many curves along the mountain side. While this makes for a beautiful drive up it can be a bit daunting on the way down in the evenings. For those of you who partake, we want our open bar to be enjoyed to the fullest! Leave the DD to our shuttle services and only worry about having a great time.
