When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 20-30 prior to ceremony start time. Ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail or formal attire is welcome. Please avoid wearing white or extra bright colors. Soft, rich or neutral tones are welcomed!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any food allergies when selecting your meals. The venue can make any accommodations needed.

Question

Where are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception locations?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, there will be designated signage for you to follow. Cocktail hour will be held just outside of the Mountain ballroom which is the location for the reception.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask all guests to turn off and put away phones, cameras and other devices to be fully present with us in the moment!
