What should I wear?

Answer

We kindly request that our guests dress in semi-formal or formal attire for our special day!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All events will be indoors, but there will be access to an outdoor patio during cocktail hour and reception. Space heaters/fire pit included :)

Question

Are children invited to the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party to attend the ceremony/reception. We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be transportation from the Holiday Inn-Express in Branford, CT to/from Woodwinds. The first bus will leave at 5:15pm from the hotel and will make multiple trips to/from. The bus will be stationed at Woodwinds for multiple trips throughout the night.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue and at the Church?

Answer

Yes- plenty of parking at both the venue & church! There is a parking lot behind the Church and/or street parking.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

There will be a cold hors d'oeuvres display & hot passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. There will be a 4 course meal during the reception.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES! Starting at Woodwinds from 5:30-11:30pm.

What should I do in between the Ceremony & Reception?

Answer

Please visit our Things To Do page for some ideas! Remember if you’d like to use the transportation from the hotel to Woodwinds, the first bus leaves at 5:15pm!

Will there be a breakfast on Sunday?

Answer

For any guest staying at the Branford Holiday Inn Express, there is a complimentary breakfast. The bride & groom will be there :)
