Question
Will this event be socially spaced?
Answer
Yes! We have planned the wedding to be 1/2 capacity of the venue, and plan to have all sides of the barn open to allow for a constant breeze--weather permitting! We will also have masks available for anyone who would prefer a face covering.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP's should be returned by March 19, 2020. Please be as prompt as possible returning the RSVP's as we have to give final numbers to our vendors.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We are excited to start our ceremony promptly at 5:00pm. Please arrive and be seated by 4:45. If you are not seated by 4:45, you will be stopped at the entrance and will be allowed to enter for the cocktail hour.

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
The dress code is: Sunday Best Men: A suit, or pressed jeans/slacks with a button-down shirt or polo. Women: A cocktail dress or a dressy skirt and top. A well-tailored pantsuit or a dressy jumpsuit paired with tasteful jewelry

What type of food will be served?

Our reception will be catered by Salty Dawg BBQ, which is run by a nationally ranked pit BBQ team! There will be a selection of smoked meats, sides, and drinks! **WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING A VEGAN/VEGITARIAN DISH--PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY**

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?
Answer
We have hired an amazing photography team, so taking photos should be the last thing on your mind! However, if you do take photos and need to post them, we just ask that you wait until the end of the night and include our hashtag #countdowntoKostyak so we can enjoy them!

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
Due to the location of the venue, we have not blocked hotel rooms. There are multiple lodging options in the immediate Sherman area, however, we didn't want our guests to feel that they had to book in Sherman as it is an hour outside of the metroplex. Please feel free to browse our travel section for our hotel recommendations!

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be outdoor--weather permitting!

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception venues?
Answer
The venue has parking at the front of the property, and the parking lot is currently all gravel.
