Formal/Cocktail. Tuxes and gowns are welcomed, as well as suits and formal dresses!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be hotel shuttles only from Hampton inn and Wingate hotel in Grand Prairie. If you are staying at those hotels the following shuttles will be: Drop off: 4:00pm, 4:10pm, 4:20pm, 5:30pm. Pick up: 9:45pm, 11pm, 11:15pm.

How does parking work at the Venue? (PLEASE READ)

Answer

***PLEASE READ*** For parking you will turn on to Trigger road off of 150 which is just before the venue. You will then see a sign that says "event parking." Park here and wait for the shuttle/bus to get on which will pull you right up to the venue. The parking lot is only about a minute or so from the venue but it's just long enough that you don't want to walk it. The same shuttle/buses will take you back to the parking lot at the end of the evening. Address: Franciscan Prairie Building at 5901 W. War Memorial Drive, Peoria, IL (Lot D)
