It was love at first sight from the moment she walked in the door at Lupe Tortilla on our first date. I knew right there that we would have something special. We spent time cultivating strong roots in our relationship, while still having fun going to concerts, Astros games and Saturdays at the pool. I truly learned how much of great heart she has and that was the basis of the love story for me. The proposal was a truly special moment. I made sure to go all out, planning it on the dock in Arkansas and inviting both families (even bringing Stanley!). Kelly saying yes was the happiest moment in my life and I cannot wait to marry her in July.
