Our story began at a work Christmas party in Pennsylvania. We spent the entire evening talking and laughing, realizing that we had stumbled upon something special. Joel flew to Massachusetts a few weeks later and we've been inseparable since. We are so excited to celebrate with all of you on the anniversary of when we met.

On Finnegan's 5th birthday Joel insisted we take him to Nantasket Beach for the day. It was the end of November so I wasn't really thrilled with hanging by the ocean. When we got there we had the beach to ourselves which is a rarity, regardless of time of year. Joel got down on one knee and proposed. Perfectly private and a very special day for us.
