We are high school sweethearts!! We met in anatomy class and I was a junior and he was a senior. He had tried asking me out a few times during the fall semester but I played hard to get. ;) One day after school in the spring, he was kicking the soccer ball around on the field and I was running on the track. He was being goofy and kept kicking the ball, but missing the goal. He bet me that if he made the next goal from across the field, he would get to take me on a date. I agreed because I figured if he couldn't make the first goals, he couldn't make this one. Unbeknownst to me, he was missing the goals on purpose. Needless to say, a couple weekends later he took me on our very first date to get sushi and I was lovestruck ever since. Since then, we have graduated college, started school again, and bought our first home with two dogs, Suki and Luna. We are so beyond thankful to our friends and family who have shared moments in our story and we can't wait to celebrate with you all on our favorite day yet!!!
