When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, Please RSVP for the event as soon as possible. Our deadline for RSVP is September 15th 2025, if we do not receive your RSVP by this date we cannot make exceptions,We will have to mark you as “no”. We have to provide our venue with a final guest count by a certain timeline.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal. We want everyone comfortable but looking their best! (Please no jeans)

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive between 3:30 pm - 4:00pm

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate guest who are formally invited. If you receive a plus one they will be specifically addressed on the invite.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No, due to specific requirements of the venue we have decided not to do an open bar. We will have other drink options available.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be in an uncovered area of the venue but the reception will be covered. *there is a rain contingency plan if necessary*

Where will we park?

Answer

When you pull into the venue there are signs pointing you to the parking lot. There will be a valet service to assist those who are not able to climb down stairs or walk long ways.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

You will have to arrive via your own vehicle.
