Hotel Check In

Shuttle to Ceremony

4:00 pm

There will be two school buses provided to and from the event. Both buses will leave from the hotel lobby at 4:20 PM sharp. One bus will be at La Quinta and the other at Holiday Inn. Zorvino Vineyard is about a 28 min drive from the hotel should anyone prefer to drive themselves. There is parking at the venue and cars can be left overnight if needed, they ask that you pick up the cars by 11am the next morning.

Ceremony

5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

This will be outside at the Gazebo starting at 5:00 PM.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

This will be outside on the patio from 5:30 PM until 6:30 PM. There are stairs down to the patio from the ceremony space. Should anyone need assistance with the stairs there is a golf cart that can drive you down, please let any staff members know if you will need this.

Wedding Reception at Zorvino Vineyard

6:30 pm - 10:30 pm

This will be inside the main building! Meet us on the dance floor! Menu: Drinks: Open Bar! Appetizers: Vegetable crudites with herb dipping sauce, assorted fresh fruit, cheese and crackers. Roasted red peppers, olives, mushrooms, charcuterie, hummus and chips. Spinach & artichoke dip, baked brie, and tomato mozzarella. Asian inspired beef skewers Bacon wrapped scallops Coconut chicken with pineapple chutney Spinach & cheese arancini Dinner: Espresso cart Zorvino salad with candied pecans, apples, goat cheese, raisins, and apple cider vinaigrette Homemade focaccia bread Choice of main entree served with seasonal vegetable & starch Late Night: Coffee & tea Cupcakes French fry station

Shuttle to Hotel

10:30 pm

There will be two buses to and from the event. The first bus will leave from the venue to the hotel at 10:30 PM. The second bus will leave from the venue to the hotel at 10:45 PM. Both buses will stop at both hotels. Zorvino Vineyard is about 28 min drive from the hotel.

After Party

11:00 pm

The Holiday Inn has a Margaritas Restaurant attached to it. Immediately following the wedding Dan & myself will head there for some celebratory margaritas and chips. We hope you will join us!
