Airport Transportation
Answer
We added the company we used in November for transportation to and from the airport! ***WARNING - Upon exiting customs you walk through an area where several companies try to get you to purchase transportation, trips, and the DREADED (but Mark Petry's favorite) TIMESHARES. People can be a little persistent. Just make your way through that area without interacting with anyone. If you use the transportation service we recommended the driver will be waiting OUTSIDE the airport glass doors with your name on a poster!

Is there UBER or TAXIS?
Answer
Yes! You can always use Uber or a taxi to get to Sayulita. To access these you will have to walk across the sky bridge to the rideshare area. A few guests have done this before. If you choose to do this let us know!

American Money or Pesos?
Answer
Many of the restaurants and shops in Sayulita only take pesos. Make sure you bring adequate amounts. There is a bank in Sayulita but you will get a better exchange rate at your bank in the states. You can also do an exchange in the airport but again the exchange rate will be higher.

How to get around in Sayulita?
Answer
You can rent golf carts in town (highly recommend for the duration of your stay). There are also lots of taxis in the town center.

Can you drink the water?
Answer
Our gringo and gringa stomachs are not used to the water in Sayulita or Mexico! Please only drink bottled water! Be mindful when in the shower and when brushing your teeth, although we have never had any issues with this!

Most people make a living off of tips. Please be mindful of this!
