Come hang out with us at Tony C’s Pizza and Beer Garden to kick off the Ballard wedding weekend! We’ll get things started at 6:00 PM and wrap up around 8:00 PM. There’ll be plenty of appetizers to snack on, and everyone gets one drink ticket to start the night off right. Feeling extra hungry? Tony C’s has pizza by the slice and whole pies you can grab for yourself too!

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, jumpsuits, floral prints, suits or dress shirts in lighter hues, and fun accessories. Feel free to join in our fall color scheme by incorporating warm, seasonal tones into your outfit. We're inspired by a palette of sunflower yellow, dusty blue, rich auburn, earthy martini green, and muted mauve—colors that reflect the cozy, romantic feel of the season.
Since the wedding will be outdoors, be sure to check the forecast—Texas weather can be unpredictable! You might want to bring a layer just in case it gets chilly.
Cocktail Hour & Lawn Games
5:00 pm
While we’re off taking a few photos, our guests will be treated to a relaxing cocktail hour complete with refreshing drinks and lawn games. It’s the perfect time to mingle, sip, and soak in the garden party vibes before the evening festivities begin!
Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:30 pm
We’re thrilled to have two amazing food trucks bringing the flavor on our wedding day: Tacos al Carbón Cabrón – Fresh Mexican favorites like tacos (carne asada, al pastor, or pollo asado), their signature quesabrona, and hearty burritos. KinAugi: Filipino BBQ & Cuisine – Savory Filipino classics including pancit bihon noodles (vegan option available), pork belly sisig, crispy lumpia, and garlic fried rice. Dinner will be followed by toasts — so grab a plate and get ready to raise a glass!
Reception
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
We can't wait to share our first dances with you—including the traditional couple and parent dances that mean so much to us. You can look forward to a fun country-western musical introduction to set the tone for the evening, followed by an upbeat mix of our favorite songs to keep the party going!
