The ceremony and reception are in the Schimmel Ballroom at the Cottonwood Hotel. When entering the hotel you will go to the double set of gold elevators straight ahead when you walk in. Take those elevators to the top floor. It will be right off the elevators.

The dress code is formal. For women, we recommend long dresses —feel free to have fun with it! Think New Year’s Eve vibes: sequins, velvet, metallics, bold colors… we’re all for it. Dress to celebrate! For men, we kindly ask that you wear a suit and tie or a button up and tie. Please, no jeans or casual attire—we want everyone to feel festive and dressed for a special celebration!
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. Due to venue limitations, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will be included on your invitation and RSVP form.
We adore your little ones! However, due to space and planning considerations, only the children listed on your invitation and RSVP are invited to attend. This includes children who are part of the bridal party.
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm, so please arrive by 3:45pm. There is valet parking with the hotel or there is a parking lot to the south of the Cottonwood.
