Yes! We will have transportation running from hotel to reception and back later that night! No transportation will be provided for the ceremony. UPDATE: we have trolleys set up for transportation from the hotel to the reception and back later that night. Pick up times at the lobby of the holiday inn express: 3:15 pm and 3:45 pm. Pick up times from the country club: 10 pm and 10:30 pm.
As much as we would love to include everyone, our special day will be adults only.
Cocktail Attire. Please NO JEANS, as requested by the country club. We would love to see everyone dressed up! Suits, and ties are welcome! No need for a tuxedo. Cocktail dresses, and jumpsuits are welcome! No need for a formal gown! Don't forget our winter date might mean a surprise snow storm and chilly temperatures! Please dress accordingly!
We would love to have everyone share in our big day, but we cannot accommodate extras. Only those with “ and guest” listed on their invitation are permitted to bring a guest.
Yes, since we are having a served meal it’s important for you to RSVP with your full name, and dinner choice. When you enter the country club you will find a table with place cards. You will find your table number on your placecard and we ask you take that to your seat. Waitstaff with know you entree choice by the sticker on your place card.
We will have a limited open bar. We will cover drinks made with : Tito’s, Captain Morgan and Jack Daniel’s We will cover a red and white wine provided by the country club. We will have Coor Light and Miller Lite on draft until kegs are gone. All soda, tea, lemonade and coffee is covered as well. Anything not listed above is guest responsibility, CASH BAR ONLY.
We would love to celebrate with everyone after the reception has ended around 10pm. Otherwise we will see you at THE JAMES- the bar located at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS. Transportation will be provided from reception.
