How can I RSVP?

After you receive your formal invitation, please RSVP online via our website.

When do I have to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than January 18th, 2027. You will not be included in our guest count if you RSVP later than this date. However, we understand situations happen. If you need to change your RSVP later then January 18th, 2027 please reach out to the bride or groom as soon as possible.

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony and reception will both be held at Villa Siena 890 West Elliot Road, Gilbert Arizona 85233.

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. Reception will be inside.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail or formal attire. Wearing the colors black, gold, dark/deep green, and tan is encouraged.

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is onsite parking. However, ride share services are strongly encouraged if you plan to consume any alcohol during the evening. The venue has the right to call a ride service at your expense if you are intoxicated.

How soon can I arrive to the venue?

Can I take pictures or film during the ceremony?

Answer

No. The ceremony will be unplugged. Please refrain from taking photos and filming during the ceremony to allow yourself to be fully present. Any photos and filming are welcome during cocktail hour and reception. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, open bar is provided for all guests over the age of 21. Soft drinks, juice, and water are also available for those who cannot and do not wish to consume alcohol.

Reception ends at 10:00 pm.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please share any dietary restrictions with the bride and groom as soon as possible so accommodations can be made with advance notice.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, only plus ones listed on the invitation are invited to attend.

Is the wedding adults only?

Answer

Please join us for an adults only ceremony and reception. Exceptions: children in the wedding party; listed on invitation.

Answer

Nearby Hotels: Crowne Plaza Resort Phoenix-Chandler, Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Chandler, Marriott Phoenix-Chandler, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Phoenix-Gilbert, and Hyatt Place Phoenix/Gilbert.

Are there discounted rates for hotels?

Answer

Unfortunately there are no discounted rates for wedding guests.

Will there be a photographer?

Answer

Yes, there will be a photographer the day of the wedding.

Is there a rehearsal dinner? Do I need to attend?

Answer

There will be a rehearsal and a casual rehearsal dinner for immediate family and wedding party. More information will be provided as time gets closer.

Why is the wedding on a Thursday?

Answer

We chose a Thursday because it allowed us to have venue flexibility due to most venues being full for weekend weddings in early 2027.
