We originally met in the Fall of 2011. It was our freshman year of college at Western Washington University and we hit it off in English 101. It could have been because I helped Keith with his papers and gave him tips on how to get on the professors good side OR it could be that we were just highly fond of each other. Who knows :) Time passed and we went our separate ways after English 101. Then, in the Fall of 2014, we met again at the famous college bar in Bellingham. His first statement was, "You know I have always had a crush on you". There was a clear chemistry between us, but we remained close friends throughout college. Fast forward to 2017, we both moved to the Seattle area. Keith got a job as an accountant at Moss Adams while I became a Kindergarten teacher on Mercer Island. After getting our feet on the ground in the real world, we decided to go on an official date. That was the start of a new beginning in our relationship and it has been a blast ever since! We got engaged on June 6th, 2020 at Edmonds Beach Park. Keith told me we were going to get donuts and he surprised me with much more than that! Even Keith cried that day and, if you know Keith, you will know that is a big deal :) Since then, we bought our first home in July of 2020 and adopted our first puppy Daisy in November. We are so excited for this life we are creating and God has truly blessed us beyond belief. We cannot be more grateful for our family and friends who have supported us throughout our whole journey together. We LOVE you!
