We cannot wait to see everyone in just a few weeks! Keith and I recently traveled to the area, and wanted to provide everyone with a post storm update. -All major roadways are clear, and backroads seem okay too :) -Downtown Asheville is okay and mostly reopen! -The Biltmore Village area is closed from flooding, and I would recommend avoiding. -Both the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn in Asheville are in good shape (we have blocks of rooms here). -Best Western in Sylva and Harrah’s in Cherokee would both be good places to stay outside of AVL -Waynesville is fine! -There are a lot of trees down on the side of the road, but the worst of the storm aftermath seems to be east of Asheville.

I wouldn’t exactly call it love at first sight, but maybe love at second chance 😉
