Do I have to drive to the venue for the wedding?

Answer

No, we rented a bus service to transport guests to and from the Best Western Plus GranTree Inn in Bozeman. The bus will depart at 12:30 PM, so we advise arriving by 12:20 at the latest. There will be two returning shuttles: one at 8 PM and one at 11 PM. There are several hotels located in this area, so you are not beholden to the Best Western if you are willing to take a quick walk to/from the bus. See the Travel tab for more information.

What time will the shuttle depart Bozeman for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the Best Western Plus Grantree Inn (1325 N 7th Ave) at 12:30pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure you don’t miss the bus! We will only have one bus ride up to the ranch.

What time with the shuttle depart the wedding to bring people back to Bozeman?

Answer

We will have two bus options retuning to Bozeman. The early bus will depart Hardscrabble Ranch at 8:00pm. The last (and last) bus ride back to Bozeman will be at 11:00pm.

How far is the venue from Bozeman?

Answer

The venue is ~35 minutes without ski traffic from downtown Bozeman. With ski traffic, you can expect the drive to take ~45 minutes.

How far is the Bozeman airport from town?

Answer

10-15 minutes. It is a very easy airport to navigate.

How cold will it be in Bozeman in February?

Answer

The weather is very unpredictable in the winter. The temperatures could range from -20 F and snowing to 40 F and sunny... It is not uncommon to have winter weddings in Montana, and we will plan for all scenarios to ensure your comfort.

Why did you choose the venue?

Answer

We are fortunate enough to live here! The owners of the venue are great people, and we couldn't pass on the opportunity to do the wedding in "our" backyard!

Will we have time to hang out?

Answer

Yes! We reserved the venue from February 18-23, so we are welcoming guests to book an extended stay. We will be hanging out and making food all week. We will probably schedule a day at Bridger Bowl Ski Area as well - bring your gear!

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal attire - We recommend bringing layers and some winter gear.
