Holden Beach is easy to reach by car and perfect for a scenic road trip. • Most guests will find driving to be the simplest option • Free parking is widely available at beach homes and public beach accesses • Plan for a slightly slower pace once you’re on the island — it’s part of the charm! 📍 Holden Beach, NC (Exact wedding location details will be shared on the Wedding Events page)

✈️ Flying In

If you’re flying, these airports are the most convenient: • Wilmington International Airport (ILM) – ~45 minutes away • Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) – ~1 hour away From the airport, renting a car is highly recommended, as rideshare options are limited near the beach.

• Rental cars are available at both airports • Holden Beach is very car-friendly and easy to navigate • Grocery stores, restaurants, and nearby attractions are just a short drive away Once you arrive, things move a little slower — in the best way 🌊

Most guests choose to book vacation rentals or beach houses in Holden Beach or nearby areas like Ocean Isle Beach or Shallotte. • Vacation homes are great for families and groups • Hotels are available within a short driving distance • We recommend booking early, especially for spring travel
