No, we are not requiring that guests be vaccinated. However, we will need to know your vaccine status prior to attending.
Yes, we will ask all guests to be tested (even if you have received the vaccine). Per the current New York State guidelines, wedding guests must have proof of a negative PCR test 72 hours prior to the event. We will provide more details on this as the date approaches.
Yes. We are working with a shuttle company that will arrange a pick up and drop off schedule once we have all Airbnb/VRBO address. If you anticipate needing transportation, please book your stay in Roxbury, Margaretville, Arkville or Denver. If you have any questions about the location of a potential rental, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. Once your stay is officially booked, please send us the address with the # of people in your party. If you do not need transportation to or from the wedding, you are of course welcome to look beyond those towns.
We kindly ask that you arrange childcare in advance unless you are immediate family or part of the wedding party.
Unfortunately, no. Cellular service is spotty in most areas. If you are going out for drinks or dinner Friday/Sunday, please designate a DD in your group.
Casual/backyard wedding attire. We recommend avoiding stiletto or pointed heels (especially if there is rain in the forecast). Please keep an eye on the weather as the date approaches (it tends to change frequently). Layers are recommended for the evening.
