Please join us for our first wedding event - a 'Pintxos Bar Crawl' through the famous Calle Laurel in Logroño. Each bar specializes in one Pintxo, always paired with a glass of Rioja or cold beer. A pintxo is a small snack, traditional in northern Spain and especially popular in the Basque country, enjoyed by large groups of friends/family and regarded as a cornerstone of local culture and society. A Pintxos crawl is a way to walk from bar to bar, order a drink and a pintxo, and then move on to the next spot! One important thing to note: most bars don’t have tables and chairs. We highly recommend wearing comfortable footwear as the streets are cobblestone. Transportation will be provided from Hotel Marques de Riscal. Please check back for updates.

Bodega Dinastia Vivanco Winery & Museum Visit (Tour, Tasting, & Lunch)

Please join us for a private tour, tasting, and lunch at one of Rioja's most special and historic wineries, Bodega Dinastia Vivanco & Museum. If you’re into wine, you will love and revere the Vivanco Museum of Wine Culture. If you’re not into wine, you will still love this place. Designed by Rioja-born architect, Jesús Marino Pascual, and inaugurated by King Juan Carlos I in 2004, the museum has become a destination to learn all about the history and evolution of wine, winemaking techniques, wine research and wine’s cultural and artistic legacy. Beyond the wine, the Vivanco Museum also features original paintings by Pablo Picasso and Joaquín Sorolla. Friendly reminder to please eat breakfast and make sure you are well-hydrated before visiting the winery. Seated lunch to be served proceeding tour. Transportation will be provided to and from Hotel Marques de Riscal.
