When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the First of September after that date we will take it as you are unable to attend.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is ALL BLACK Formal! Guest are expected to only wear the color black. Women should wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, men are expected to wear a tux or suit with a black or white shirt and black necktie or bowtie.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure you are seated on time.

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be valet parking at the wedding venue should you decide to drive your own vehicle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure everyone can have fun and drink safely, we have organized roundtrip transportation from the host hotel to the wedding venue for $15 per person. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 4:30 PM and will run every half hour starting at 8 PM for the return trip. If you'd like to book this service, please use the link under the travel tab to make the payment in advance. Last day to reserve is 9/23/2024.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have spaces for the guests listed on your invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening. Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

For the convenience of our guests, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Brownwood Hotel & Spa for a discounted rate of $169 per night. This hotel is about 30 minutes from the wedding venue and offers a free shuttle to and from the Orlando International Airport. Please use the link provided under the travel tab at the top of this page.

Answer

Yes, the last day to book a reservation and receive the discounted rate of $169 per night is Monday, September 18, 2024.

How do I reserve the free shuttle from the Orlando International Airport to the Host Hotel?
