Can room blocks be split with 2 resorts or does the room block only pertain to one resort?
Answer
You can reserve rooms at any of the resorts on the complex under the same group contract.
Question
When booking, how are the payments being broken down if sharing the room with others?
Answer
Guests can pay how they would like. They take the initial deposit ($200 per room) from one card, but after that guests can contact (Travel agent) to pay their own portions with their own card.

How does a person know what they owe?
Answer
You'll be able to see the total cost and what you've paid when you book. From there, travel agent send personalized reminders for 2nd deposits and final payments.

Guests can contact travel agent at any time if you have inquiries about your room. Our group has an assigned group coordinator to assist guests every step of the way.

Travel agency takes the initial deposit from one card when the reservation is made, but guests can split up the remaining payments as they wish.

How often does one have to pay?
Answer
1st payment is the $200 deposit. 2nd payment is the deposit of 50% of the room cost due around 5 months prior to travel, and final payment due around 4 months prior to stay. You may pay as frequently as you’d like however.

Yes! Grand Palladium White Sand, Kantenah, & Colonial are available for all to use throughout our stay regardless the hotel you have a booked with. The only hotel outside of our use is TRS Yucatán Adults Only Hotel.

Do we need passports to book the rooms?
Answer
Yes, a valid passport is required for all travelers: Including adults, children, and infants. Be sure it’s valid for at least 6 months after your return date. If not, it’s recommended to renew it ahead of time.

What if someone joins mid-trip as a third guest? Do they pay the full rate for the entire stay? What if someone leaves early?
Answer
Yes, this would be considered a split stay, and that can be accommodated. Rates are per person, per night in USD and all-inclusive. This allows each guest to know exactly how much they're paying, even if their dates vary slightly.

There will be shuttle provided by the Bride and Groom to pick up and drop off guests.

Do I have to pay any extra taxes outside of my booked stay?
Answer
Yes! PLEASE NOTE - Tourism tax and an Environmental Tax fee will need to be paid. ($11 Tourism & $1.65 - $4.20 Env. Fee Per Room Per Night). Please read full details below. We would like to inform you that there will be a foreign tax payment of $244 Mexican pesos (ABOUT $11 USD). The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to access http://visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment. An Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night. Tax of 31.12 Mexican pesos - 79.62 Mexican pesos, (ABOUT $1.65 USD - $4.20 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Destination.

Do I have to pay the full price for my room when I reserve it?

No, only a $200 deposit per room is required to secure your reservation. You are welcome to make additional payments at your convenience throughout the year. Please note, however, that there are three mandatory payment due dates. December 4th, 2025, 50% payment due. January 8th, 2026 Final payment due.

Room Cancellations and Refunds

From the time of booking to December 4th, 2025, deposits are refundable. From December 5th, 2025 to January 8th, 2026, deposits are non-refundable. Resorts charge fees for reducing the number of nights or guests. From January 9th, 2026 to Travel Date, room cancellations are non-refundable.
