FAQs

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is cocktail. This is a step above casual, but a step below formal. Women should wear midi to maxi length dresses. Men should wear suits or sport coats with or without a tie. If you will be joining us for the Welcome Party, the dress code is casual. Wear what you would to dinner at a nice restaurant!

Question

Where Can I Park?

Answer

There are a few parking garage options at various locations near the block hotels and the wedding venue. Please refer to the "Travel" tab. We recommend avoiding the uncovered parking lot immediately next to the venue (1401 Thames St) as this would be very expensive for an extended parking period.

Question

Will there be an After Party?

Answer

Yes! We have added the after party details to the "Schedule" tab. For those looking to keep the party going, we will head over to Max's Taphouse after the reception ends. I know you were worried you'd have to go to bed at 11...

Question

Where can out of town guests stay?

Answer

Please refer to the "Travel" tab for our list of preferred hotels. We have secured hotel blocks, so these links are active and the group rate has already been applied. The deadline for booking rooms within the hotel blocks is August 26, 2025. If you are booking accommodations after that date, there are still plenty of options in the Harbor East and Fells point area. The preferred hotels will likely have availability outside of the block as well, we just cannot guarantee the nightly rates after the date passes.

Question

Will there be transportation to the Venue?

Answer

There will be no formal shuttle service to or from the venue from the hotels. We have selected an incredibly walkable (and safe!) neighborhood for all wedding events. The welcome party, wedding ceremony and reception, and the after party are all located within a 15 min (0.7 mi) walking distance from the hotels. For those who prefer door to door transport, we recommend rideshares such as Uber or Lyft. These are plentiful and affordable in Baltimore.

Question

Is the Wedding Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

There will be a mix. The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Cocktail hour and reception will both be indoors, with access to patios and balconies to enjoy the sunset. All events will take place at the same venue.

Question

Can I Bring a Guest with Me?

Answer

All invitations are addressed by name or as "guest". This is purely so we can anticipate our final headcount!

Question

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Yes! We love all of your little ones. If your invitation is addressed to "family" we have accounted for the whole gang. However, if you would rather make it a Parent's Night Out, that's cool too! We ask that you kindly reflect your family attendance when the time comes to RSVP.
