Question

I just got my Save the Date, what do I need to do now?

Answer

Please save the date and plan to block time off. Guests may choose to "generally" RSVP and/or book hotel accommodations, details are available on the Travel page. A final weekend schedule, including individual event RSVPs, will be shared with the formal invitation.

Can I book my hotel?

Answer

Yes. Guests should book accommodations at the host hotel we have our room block at, exclusively through the room block link below to receive the group rate and included benefits. Can I extend my stay and/or upgrade my room at the host hotel?

Answer

Yes, you can do both easily! The booking link will display standard room types within the main room block dates: Thursday, November 5 – Sunday, November 8, 2026. Our contract allows guests to extend their stay (3 days before and/or after the room block dates) as well as upgrade their room. Extended stays and room upgrades will not immediately appear as an option in the booking link. Can I stay at a different hotel than the one listed?

Answer

Guests are welcome to stay elsewhere; however, only guests staying at the host hotel will have access to on-property wedding events (welcome party, rehearsal events, after-party, etc.) and provided transportation. Guests staying off-property will not be permitted on the hotel property for these events.

What dates should I travel / what is the week schedule?

Answer

We are still in progress finalizing the schedule for all wedding related events. All events, timing, and other finer details will be provided once you receive your formal invitation. Below is a high-level outline of the wedding week events: Informal Welcome Gathering: Wednesday, November 4 (timing TBD) Rehearsal Dinner: Thursday, November 5 (immediate family & wedding party only, timing TBD) Wedding & After-Party: Friday, November 6, 2026 (timeline TBD) A detailed schedule and individual event invitations will be included with the formal wedding invitation.

Will there be a dress code for the wedding?

Formal whimsical garden party. Our celebration will be an earthy, soulful evening set in a garden in Mexico. MEN: Dress pants, business casual. Jacket or sports jacket recommended. Tie optional. WOMEN: Dresses or gowns floor length or midi. Color and texture encouraged. Please avoid: Black or white, shorts, short dresses above the knee, and tuxedos. Additional event dress codes will be provided with the formal invitation.

It’s a reliable, stress-free option with professional drivers and scheduled service—often a smoother experience than coordinating rideshares upon arrival.
