Can I help with the wedding preparations?

ABSOLUTELY!! We have had several generous friends who are helping us pull off our special day and we appreciate all the help we have received. If you would like to donate your time, funds, or services please reach out to the brides directly.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Check-In to the cottages/cabins are at 3:00pm. Please arrive to the ceremony by 4:00pm so that you can grab a drink and find your seat. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm in front of the Gazebo.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?
Answer
You can bring the gifts to the venue or you can mail it to us; whichever is easier. Our address is: 9319 Valley Hedge San Antonio, TX 78250

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be outdoors and reception will be indoors.

Can we bring our children to the wedding?
Answer
We kindly request that our wedding be a 21-and-up only celebration with the exception of the wedding party to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope you understand and appreciate your support in making it a special day.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, you will see their name or "guest" under your name when you RSVP on the website. Please respect our wishes as we are trying to keep our wedding an intimate celebration.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I Do." Our ceremony will be on livestream. We will have a professional photographer and videographer to capture our moments. We will share them with you as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony you may take as many photos and videos as you like.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Beer, wine, and other canned drinks will be provided. You may also bring your own drinks if you wish! It will be a self-serve bar :)

Will there be a time gap between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! 5:00pm to 6:00pm the wedding party and brides will take some pictures. During this time, our guests are welcome to enjoy cocktails, snacks, and mingle with others until we all arrive :)
