We're getting married!

We met, ironically, at a car show at Sonic's Drive-Thru back in December 2017. Chad had no clue that I (Keira) already took a liking to him. There was just something about him that sparked my interest. Once we parted ways, I tried to stalk him all over the internet, with no such luck. February 2018 swings by, and we happen to be at the same gathering for someone's birthday car cruise. We hung out some more, sat side by side for lunch, the entire time Chad not knowing that he was secretly on a date with me. We exchanged details and eventually built a close friendship, which later developed in to a romantic relationship when he was away training for the Army in California. We video chatted every day, and text from the moment we woke up to the moment we fell asleep. The rest you can say, is history!

We were at our apartment, relaxing on the balcony with a nice cold drink, watching the sun go down. We came inside for whatever reason (probably a top up on the booze), and Keira got distracted by something on her phone. She had her back turned to me, and when she turned around I was on one knee with the ring in my hand, asking her to marry me. She was completely shocked, and had the nerve to ask if this was all real. "Of course it's real!" I said, and she said yes! I was going to wait until her birthday to ask her, but I just couldn't wait. The smile on her face...priceless.
