What are the health requirements before travel to Aruba?

Answer

All visitors (including children) spending more than 24 hours in Aruba are required to complete the online ED Card immigration form to be permitted entry. Travelers are no longer required to present a COVID-19 negative test result or proof of vaccination.

Are passports a requirement for travel?

Answer

YES! Make sure you have an updated passport. If you do not have a passport, routine processing is 8 to 11 weeks and expedite processing (for an additional $60) is 5 to 7 weeks. As a general rule, passports must be valid for six months beyond the date the traveler will exit the United States, however, the U.S. has signed agreements with a number of countries to waive this requirement.

How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Answer

To get from Aruba's Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA) to your hotel, it will be easiest to take a taxi. Fares are fixed. Note that some hotels may offer free shuttles. Aruba does not have Uber and Lyft.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

If you stay at one of the recommended hotels/near palm beach, you are in walking distance to all activities, fun bars, restaurants, and beach/ocean. Uber does not exist on the island. Taxis are everywhere. Prices range based on distance. Cars are not necessary for the island.

The US dollars are widely accepted throughout the Island.

Beachy semi-formal/cocktail, shoes optional! Think sundress, breezy maxi dress, or romper. Short-sleeved shirts as well as shorts :)

Are children welcome at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We encourage you to bring your children to enjoy the beauty of Aruba during the week and have fun during our welcome event on Thursday February 2/22/24. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children during our ceremony and reception.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

YES! The wedding will end at 10 pm. For anyone who wants to continue the fun- afterparty to follow at a beachside bar.
