Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. No sweatpants, baseball caps, tank tops or flip flops. Also please do not wear all white.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

The weather this time of year will be pretty hot. The temperature is expected to be 97 degrees.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. Wedding and Reception are at the same location (Rancho Vista Golf Course).

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 min before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and also prevent any interruptions during the ceremony.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Yes, parking is free. There is only one parking lot at the location with plenty of parking.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Only children allowed will be those of the wedding party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. So please ensure that you list your +1 when RSVP'ing.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

No there are no hotel block reservations. Please ensure that you are planning your own accommodations if visiting from out-of-town.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP online no later than July 1, 2021.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, please inform us in advance if accommodations are required.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

Yes, there will be food and fountain drinks served at the reception. There will also be a cash bar for your choice of cocktail, beer, or wine.

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Unfortunealy, there is no specific special diet options. Although there may be items that you are able to choose from at the buffet that may work with your special diet if needed.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are asking that the ceremony remain "unplugged". Which means there will be no camera, cell phones, or electronic devices allowed to capture moments during the ceremony. The ceremony will have a paid photographer and videographer to capture our special moments. Also, I do not want photos or media posted of the wedding ceremony before I am able to post myself. All devices are welcome during the reception.
